1. Scope

This Return Policy describes the conditions under which we accept cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for the workspace analysis services booked through the Zefrylondhep website. Because we offer professional services rather than physical goods, the policy is structured around scheduled time and delivered reports rather than shipped items.

2. Cancellations before the session

You may cancel a booked session in writing up to 48 hours before the agreed start time and receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the start time are eligible for a 50% refund or for free rescheduling at a date convenient to both parties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to offer rescheduling subject to availability.

3. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a session at any time before it starts. The first rescheduling is always free of charge. Subsequent reschedules of the same booking may be subject to a small administrative adjustment to cover planning time.

4. Cancellations by us

If we need to cancel a session for any reason on our side, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at a time that suits you, with priority booking and an appropriate goodwill gesture for any inconvenience caused.

5. Sessions in progress

Once an analysis session has started, refunds for the time already spent are generally not available. If you are dissatisfied with the conduct of the session itself, please raise the matter with us as soon as possible so that we can address it directly. We take feedback seriously and aim to resolve concerns fairly.

6. Delivered reports

The written report is delivered as a digital document after the analysis. Once you have received the report, refunds are generally no longer available, because the work has been delivered. If you believe the report does not match what was agreed in the proposal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the case.

7. Refund process

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time, depending on your bank or card provider. We do not retain payment details beyond what is required for refund processing and accounting.

8. Disputes

We aim to resolve any concerns directly and amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved through conversation, the matter shall be subject to the laws and competent courts of the jurisdiction where our studio is registered.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the update date displayed at the top. Bookings made before a policy change continue to be governed by the version in effect at the time of booking.
